Accredited Programmes

Russian Association for Engineering Education was one of the founding members of the Independent Accreditation Centre (IAC) which was the first non-governmental agency for evaluation of engineering educational programmes.

In 2001 RAEE initiated revision of accreditation criteria and procedures to make them consistent with the international experience of quality assurance in higher education. In 2002 RAEE developed new criteria and procedures for public accreditation of engineering programmes and established the Accreditation Centre. Unlike IAC, the Accreditation Centre accredits only engineering programmes.

At present there are seven national accreditation agencies among ENAEE members, including RAEE, which are authorized to award the EUR-ACE® label.
